Dearest Annabel,

I’d never have the guts to ask you this in person, but I’m hoping you’d read this because its my birthday soon and hopefully I’d cross your mind.

In ten weeks time I’d be graduating from guards as a full fledged guardsman,a guards signaller to be specific, and I’ll be donning the elite khaki beret for the first time. I’d probably have went through mental and physical torture, training day in and day out.

Needless to say its probably the biggest day and maybe even the proudest day of my life.
Perhaps you’d like to stop by for my graduation and we’d have lunch or something thereafter? I know you’re attached but, I’d love to have a conversation with you again, just for the memories.
